Ok, so our SAU Graduation won't be as awe inspiring as this event where Casals conducted an enormous cello choir, but we'll have fun anyway. (he is 93, conducting 100 cellists, 30 of them previous students, and they are playing a piece he composed. )
Here are the details for the SAU Graduation on Saturday, February 21:
The event will take place at Rowland Hall School on 8th South and 970 East.
There will be rehearsals the day of:
*Rehearsals: Graduation Day. Attendance is required.
1:45-2:15: Books 4, 5 and 6 rehearsal (on stage)
2:00-2:45: Books 7, 8, 9 rehearsal (music room)
2:15 Books 1, 2, 3 rehearsal (on stage)
Performance will be at 3:30.
Our Group Class the week before on Friday, February 13 will be rehearsing the pieces for Graduation. See post "Welcome to 2009" for group info.
